Compliance responsibilities
It is the individual responsibility of all academic and research staff to ensure they are fully compliant with the HEFCE Open Access policy. Authors are required to enter details of all their outputs on Symplectic and upload manuscripts within three months of the date of acceptance.
Joint papers are the responsibility of the corresponding author. If you are not the lead ITS author and want to submit the paper to REF you may nominate the paper in IRIS. DoRI will decide to whom the paper is best allocated in a strategic approach to optimise the REF submission.
