The following resources offer support with your digital identity and wellbeing.

Jisc Discovery Tool

You can find more questions to help you evaluate your digital capabilities in the Jisc Discovery Tool, which also contains a wide range of resources to develop the digital skills and knowledge that are most important to you.

Pebblepad

Pebblepad can help you to manage your personal development during your studies, for example by building portfolios and blogs to communicate your knowledge and experience. You can refer to these when you need to reflect, provide evidence or tell your story, such as when you approach graduation and your next steps.

Online Learning and Time Management

Our Online learning and Time management guidance webpages have useful hints and tips for managing your time and presence online, as well as guidance on setting up a study environment that suits your needs and supports your wellbeing.

Minimising distractions

Google’s Digital wellbeing pages have a list of hints and tips to help you adjust settings on your phone and other devices at times when you want to minimise distractions.

Linkedin Learning

LinkedIn Learning covers a wide range of topics and software, such as short courses like Digital Citizenship, Internet Safety, or Building Your Professional Network Online. These courses and videos are presented by experts, including some from the University of Leeds. They are free to access with your student account.
